Our Bristol PC MOT and Service is charged at a set fee of £35 this involves: (Collect and Return Only)

Collection and return of your PC.
A loan desktop* (Subject to availability terms and conditions apply).
48 hour turnaround.
Virus and spyware removal.
Installation of security patches.
Hard disk defragmentation.
Hard disk cleanup and check.
Removal of unnecessary startup items.
Removal of unnecessary applications (list of required or non required applications to be
provided by the customer).
Cleaning of inside and outside of PC (excludes laptops).
List of recommendations by the engineer if any.

Operating System Installation at a set fee of £40: (Collect and Return Only)

You will need to provide the system OS and software disk’s along with legal licensing Information. If for any reason we are unsuccessful there will be no charge for this service.

Collect And Return: (NO FIX NO FEE)

All collect and return work will be charged at a set fee depending on the amount of work involved. This price will be agreed upon before the engineer removes the PC from your home, and will vary depending on the work required

We aim to return all equipment within 48 Hours of receipt and will notify you if this is expected to be extended.

We offer a free loan desktop whilst we have yours* (subject to availability terms and conditions apply)

On site Support: (NO FIX NO FEE)

A minimum call out charge of £25 will be applied; this includes the first hour on site. After the first hour you will be charged £12.50 for each full or part half hour that the engineer is present. We will provide a quote before the work is carried out, and warn you if this is expected to overrun by more than 30 minutes.

In all non straight forward fixes we will recommend the collect and return Option, as this is likely to work out cheaper for you. As many support tasks do not involve much engineer interactivity allowing us to more efficiently perform these tasks at our premises.
